The Bloemendal Estate Chardonnay is barrel-fermented and aged. This is a complex wine with excellent wood and fruit integration. Citrus blossom aromas are permeated with soft layers of crème caramel and lime. Notes of lemon and a leesy complexity are present on the palate, alongside a well-balanced mineral touch on the finish.
