A classic white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Both components were barrel-fermented and aged to add to the complexity of the wine. This wine is gracefully oaked and is complimented by aromas of fresh herbs and citrus blossom. The palate is complex with flavours if lemon grass and granny smith apples accompanied by a long lasting mineral finish.
